This will allow a CareSpot representative to verify a patient’s identity via one-on-one communication (such as by telephone or an in-person visit) before engaging in a conversation on private issues.

CareSpot Social Media Moderation Policy

CareSpot reserves the right to delete any inappropriate comments made by consumers on CareSpot social media networks. Comments will be removed immediately if they are determined to contain:

• Spam
• Personal attacks
• Obscenity
• Baseless accusations
• Logo defacement
• Duplicates of previous comments
• Statements that are potentially dangerous to other consumers
• Disclosure of another person’s Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Statements unrelated to the brand and its topics
• Other statements that are deemed inappropriate or objectionable by CareSpot in its sole and absolute discretion
