Founded by Dr. R. David Nelson over 35 years ago, Nelson Hearing Aid Service now has clinics in Spencer, Sheldon and Estherville. All diagnostic services are provided by licensed Doctors of Audiology, including: comprehensive hearing evaluations, pediatric hearing tests and tinnitus assessments. In addition to providing hearing services and products, we have specialties in tinnitus, pediatric audiology (Spencer), custom hearing protection and musician monitors. As an independent audiology practice, we’re able to offer hearing aids from a variety of manufacturers, including: Starkey, Phonak, Lyric, Oticon, Resound, Unitron and more.
