Founded in 1999, the StorageMart grew from 0 to over 60 storage properties by 2006. In 2008, the company acquired a publicly traded Canadian storage company and added another 62 storage facilities to its portfolio, nearly doubling in size. Today, StorageMart provides self storage in the , Canada, and the United Kingdom with over 190 storage facilities.
In addition to renting self storage units, StorageMart sells moving and packing supplies in every storage office. These supplies include items such as cardboard boxes, specialty boxes, tape, bubble wrap, mattress covers and much more.
