County Fair Giveaway Rules: 1. Participants may only enter (comment) once 2. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter 3. The contest is sponsored by Mercy Medical Center – Centerville and Ottumwa Radio 6. The contest begins July 13th, 2015 at 1:00 pm and ends July 15th, 2015 at 11:59 pm 8. Winners will be determined by random selection of all eligible entries 9.
