Westside is a warm, loving church family that devotes herself to the following five Biblical principles:

1. Worship
Worship is central to our identity at Westside. We celebrate the Lord's blessings together each week with the help of our musicians, and a strong focus on the Bible. If you're looking for family members to celebrate with, you've found them.

2. Fellowship
Fellowship opportunities abound at Westside. Our ministries to preschoolers, children, youth, college students, singles, internationals, and young, median and 55 PLUS adults bring the body of Christ together. "Where friends become family" is more than a slogan at Westside - it's a way of life.

3. Discipleship
Discipleship is the goal of our Sunday School, which offers classes at 8:00, 9:15, and 10:45 each Sunday. We study God's Word to learn how to become more like Christ and how friends can become family. Life Change classes offer specific courses of discipleship study on a regular basis.

4. Ministry
Ministry is the goal for every member of our church family. Through Sunday School, Life Change and other training opportunities, you can discover how God designed you to serve others. Our sincerest desire is for you to find the purpose for which God created you, and for you to find your place in ministry.

5. Evangelism
Evangelism is a priority in everything we do at Westside. Whether it's training, taking the Gospel to the streets of Gainesville, or a mission team on the other side of the world, we take seriously our mission of "bringing the hope of Christ to all people."
