Dale A. Exline PS OH, RLS WV I have worked in the surveying field since college completion in 1974. College consisted of an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering. During my college years I worked for Ohio Mining Consultants as an instrument man. In my position there, I performed many lot splits and retracement surveys. This was on a part time basis and under the direction of a professional surveyor.
After completing college, I went to work for Paul Stull and Associates as an instrument man under the direct supervision of Paul Stull, Professional Surveyor. In my capacity with this field, I received a lot of instruction and hands on experience in record searches, both at the Recorder’s Office and locating and understanding original survey records.
In April of 1977 I successfully passed the Professional Surveying License test in West Virginia and in April of 1981 I successfully passed the Professional Surveyor’s Exam for the state of Ohio.

Josh A. Exline PLS KY After returning home from active duty in the US Army in 1998 I began working in the surveying field. In college I am working towards a degree in Civil Engineering. In 2009 I passed the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) Fundamentals of Land Surveying Examination and later in 2010 passed the Principles & Practice of Land Surveying Examination for Kentucky and became a licensed Professional Survey in the State of Kentucky.
