The primary focus of almost any martial arts program is to develop self-defense skills. While that’s certainly the case at United Martial Arts Education Center (UMAEC), we cultivate more than simply technique. Our goal is to build character, develop discipline and teach life skills while getting a total body workout that delivers benefits for years to come. Before choosing a program, come observe a class and meet Grandmaster Jang Hee Pak, a certified Kukkiwon instructor who has been in martial arts for over 35 years. UMAEC is known for excellence in Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and offers classes to students of all ages and experience levels.
