ON SITE WALK – THROUGH

To provide the best quality service and the lowest possible price it is important for us to conduct an on site walk-through of your facility. Some cleaning services skip the walk-through and submit their quote simply based on price per square foot. The risk with this pricing model is that it does not take into account the following considerations:

Building Layout
Age and condition of building(s)
Types of supplies (provided or bought)
Number of restrooms and fixtures
Number of employees or staff
Use of building: Retail, Medical, office, etc.

The problem with this pricing model is that if a service company bids incorrectly because they did not conduct a walk-through, they may realize they cannot afford to keep providing you service. Or, they may simply cut corners to stay in their bid price. Either way it’s not fair to you.
