Imagine if there were no half sizes in shoes and that they came in only 6 sizes. That's what buyers are effectively told when choosing a new bike. And while an admittedly imperfect analogy, fitting a bike is made even more difficult by differences in proportion and range of motion even between riders of the exact same height. Imagine two riders, both 5'9, one of whom struggles to touch their toes and requires a 75cm saddle height while the other does yoga daily and has only a 70cm saddle height. Fitting either rider to the exact same bike would require compromises to the bike's handling, comfort, and performance. These problems are compounded for smaller riders who struggle to find bikes that fit them well because bike companies typically make compromises to geometry in their smallest sizes, whether in unisex or women's specific frames. That means bikes with overly steep seat-tube angles and toes that overlap with the front wheel and / or handling compromised by overly short stems and steep stem angles. The smallest riders are often told that their best choice would be to make a huge investment in a custom frame or to ride bikes that are always just a little bit too big. Enter Pinarello. With models starting at $1950 and available in 13 sizes ranging from 42cm to 62cm, riders throughout the size spectrum have bikes available to them that fit well without compromise. So riders like Yulika can finally have a bike that fits perfectly. Because the notion of fitting every height rider on 5 or 6 sizes of bike sounds about as crazy as trying to fit every person to 5 or 6 sizes of shoe. Good Fit. Good Comfort. Good Fun. #pinarello #f10naturalbornwinner
