Hill Cross Hopsice provides emotional care for the entire family. We are a team of physicians, nurses, social workers, hopsice aides, chaplains, and trained volunteers. We work together to meet individual needs, whether it be pain management, emotional, physiological, spiritual, financial, or legal needs of the patients and their family. We provide physical and occupational therapy, speech and dietary nutritional counseling as needed. The Hill Cross Hospice team makes visits to you. We have physician services available for medical direction for your care. We have emergency availability by RN's twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. We have medical equipment and supplies available. We have medication delivered to your home for comfort care. In addition to these services, we also offer respite care services.
