Chef Tech Cooking School co-owners Teri Appleton Villanueva and Amy Loe met working together at Ocean Avenue Seafood Restaurant in Santa Monica, CA. Amy was sous chef and Teri was pastry chef. They forged a friendship (BFF!) which has lasted for years. They have been there for each other’s marriages and child rearing, all along while sharing their love and passion for food and cooking.
