Gregory Logistics Inc

Gregory Logistics, Inc. began business in 1980, as Gregory Farms, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by LW and Anna Gregory. With only one truck, and help from their son, Larry, they hauled farm products as an exempt carrier.
Four years later Gregory Farms was granted authority to operate as a contract carrier with four trucks. Within another four years the company became Gregory Transportation, operating twenty trucks with a wide range of customers in the Poplar Bluff, Missouri area and across the nation.
In 1991, Gregory Transportation was incorporated with LW, Anna, and Larry Gregory as the Board of Directors. We remain today as we started- a family owned and operated business. At that time a directors of Gregory Transportation, Inc. were actively participating in the day to day operations of the business.
By 1993 Gregory Transportation, Inc. had grown to fifty trucks and ninety trailers. It is a service- oriented company which places top priority in serving its customers in every way possible. During this time Gregory hauled for several major shippers, including Briggs & Stratton, Royal Oak Charcoal and Quaker State Oil, achieving an on-time pick-up and delivery status of 100%.
Toward the end of 1995 Gregory Transportation, Inc. had grown to 80 trucks and 150 trailers. We attribute a major portion of our growth to our employees, our location, and our customers.
As with any company, as it grows an prospers, changes are sure to come. In January 1999, LW Gregory, Owner & President of the company, retired. Larry Gregory, former Vice President, was appointed President of the company now known as Gregory Logistics, Inc., established January 1, 1999.
Over the years Gregory Transportation, Inc. earned a reputation for consistently providing top quality service and distribution programs. Gregory Logistics, Inc. continues that service by earning the same reputation offered by its predecessor. That reputation was a result of hard work on the part of dedicated people, people like our professional drivers who take pride in their jobs. Our Drivers and Customers always come first. It’s our commitment to quality that sets Gregory Logistics, Inc. apart from other companies.
In 2013 Gregory Logistics, Inc. was awarded as Carrier of the Year for Evergreen Packaging, an award that we take honor in, and it is all because of our dedicated dispatch and our amazing drivers.
Also in 2013, Gregory Logistics continued with its Family traditions when Larry's son, Laramy joined the company in Sales. Laramy was named Vice President and Director of Safety in 2017
