But it is pretty darn adorable!

Meet Muffin! She had surgery with Dr. Sebestyen yesterday to correct patella luxation (her kneecap was out of place). Patella luxation is graded 1-4, with 4 being the most severe and the kneecap always out of place. With lower grades, the kneecap will slide in and out of place. This is a somewhat common condition - symptoms can include intermittent “skipping” when the kneecap is out of place. When it goes back in, the dog walks normally again. Pets are kind of like cars. Sometimes you take them in to the mechanic and they refuse to do that thing you keep seeing, hearing or smelling. If your pet is only limping or "doing that weird thing" intermittently, smartphone video taken when you see the issue can help our surgeons diagnose what is going on! https://goo.gl/xhTrHq

Meet Sushi! This little cutie came in through AVSG After Hours with a broken radius and ulna. Sushi transferred to us and Dr. Sebestyen repaired the fracture using a plate. Sushi is doing well and gets to go home this afternoon! www.vssoc.com
