I am a business lawyer with the Fort Wayne office of the national law firm Barnes & Thornburg, LLP. My practice consists of counseling businesses — in legal and business issues — in the growth and success of their ventures. There is really no area of business law I don’t do (with the exception of patent prosecution), but my passion is for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate transactions and other transactions involving the buying, selling and expansion or winding down of business. Within those types of transactions are many areas of law — including, tax, employment, real estate, trademark, copyright, licensing, franchising and nonprofit law.
Personal:
I am a Roman Catholic husband and father (3 kids with another on the way (any day as of this update)). I love spending time with my family, reading spiritual and philosophical works, Notre Dame football and Dayton Flyers basketball.
