In 1978 Bobby Miles was an aircraft mechanic for Continental Airlines. He began working on A/C and heating systems as a hobby. In 1980 Bobby formed Miles Service Company and his son Mike joined him in 1982. Mike took a 2 year leave to obtain a business degree from the University of Texas. Upon earning his degree, Mike returned in 1989, and he and his dad formed Miles Service Corporation. In the ensuing years, Miles earned a reputation second to none for customer service as well as service to the commmunity. Today, Mike is a leader with Lennox Industries, while his dad, Bobby, is still very much involved in Miles Service Corporation in Pasadena, Texas.
