At Core Pilates, our knowledgeable and friendly instructors lead effective and purposeful small group and private classes that combine core strengthening and proper stabilization of core muscles. The benefits of Pilates include increased flexibility, leaner muscles, improved posture, improved coordination and increased strength.

Pilates can also be used in recovering from injuries and is often recommended by physical therapists, chiropractors and doctors. Our focus is on proper form and educating our clients.
