The Bangor Region YMCA is a non-profit organization offering programs and services for all ages. Our facility has a fitness center, weight room, locker rooms with saunas, fitness studio, two swimming pools, early childhood education program, before/after school programs, Teen Center, and two off-site campuses to run our wonderful summer camp programs. Most importantly, the Y has supportive members and friendly staff.
