We include photographs in our reports to ensure there is clear understanding of defects we have uncovered. And yes, we will uncover defects!
For a seller, nothing is more frustrating than coming to an agreement with a buyer for your house, only to have it all fall apart due to undisclosed items their inspector uncovers. A pre-listing inspection alerts you to these items, which you can choose to correct or disclose, either way taking them off the negotiating table.
Tom is an Accredited Certified Inspector (ACI) by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He was regularly featured on HGTV's "House Detective" series, and was twice presented with the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors "Affiliate of the Year" award.
Tom is also a New York State certified trainer and founding member of NETinspect, a home inspector training school, where he provides State approved continuing education training to other home inspectors.
