• Maintain private or confidential information. Please do not provide any of your specific account details or other personal information. For service related questions or concerns please call, 1-800-453-2265 or visit one of our branches.

• Stay on topic – please don’t solicit or advertise. We invite you to share your thoughts as they relate to the topic of the post or the purpose of our page. Posts focused on selling a product or service, or posted just to drive traffic to a particular website for personal, political, or monetary gain will be removed.

• Be respectful. If you disagree with the content, we’d like to hear from you, but abusive, unproductive, offensive, or unlawful comments and rants will be removed.

• Keep it clean. Please refrain from using obscenities, pornography, illegal or otherwise harmful or offensive content in posts, images, or private messages. Posts that include any of this content will be removed.

• Comments on threatened or actual litigation. Please do not comment on threatened or actual litigation, or disputes between you and any other person or entity. If you have concerns about an issue and would like to provide feedback, or would like follow-up from us, please e-mail us at socialmedia@


• Commerce Bank employees. Please disclose your employment with Commerce Bank to ensure the community is aware of any biases you may have. We welcome team member engagement but do not endorse those posts that are not from authorized social media representative.

• Protect your identity. Protecting your privacy is important to us! To ensure the security of your personal and financial information, please do not post personal information and do not share any information that can be used to obtain access to your financial information ( Social Security Number, online banking password or user ID or debit/credit card number). Please know if you do post account, confidential or otherwise sensitive information to the Commerce page that our community moderator will remove it for privacy purposes. We’re looking out for you and the security of your personal and financial information.

• Be reasonable & kind. We ask that you to avoid using this Facebook page as a means to vent your frustrations, rant or otherwise post in disruptive ways.
