Cornbread Cafe was founded in 2010 as a Vegan food cart, and we opened our first brick & mortar in 2011. We are, first and foremost, focused on community - human and animal rights. Our mission is to create a safe, conscience, and inclusive environment for everyone. We hope to keep animals off of plates while we fight, daily, for social and racial justice and the environment. We offer delivery through doordash and cascadian courier collective, a bike delivery service.
