Ridglea Presbyterian Church (RPC) is committed to Spirit-led worship that is blended, multi-generational, and multi-sensory. We believe that "blending" is not just about style and music. It is about blending our understanding of what it means to worship. It is about blending our community in a way that honors our diversity. At RPC, worship is about journeying together into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ to the glory of God the Father.
Ridglea Presbyterian Church began in 1942 with the support of the Presbytery’s Home Missions Committee. We held our first service on August 16, 1942, in a community center. In January 1943, we rented a room in the Ridglea Shopping Center. On a joyous Easter Sunday, April 25, 1943, we officially became a chartered congregation!
From those early beginnings, Ridglea Presbyterian Church has grown to its present size of 541 members meeting in a beautiful three-story facility containing two worship areas—the Chapel where 8:30 takes place, and the Sanctuary where 11:00 worship takes place.
