Here at Family Focus Eye Care, our primary intent is to treat each patient first as an individual, second as a patient. With the use of our new state-of-the-art facility, and more than 50 years of eye care experience amongst our doctors, we continue to provide exceptional comprehensive eye care to our patients.
Since 1974, Dr. Brian Hammes and his staff have provided Fond du Lac, and its surrounding communities, with quality vision care as Eye Care Centers of Wisconsin. Since then, many cutting edge changes have transformed our office into the state-of-the-art medical eye care clinic it is today. The addition of Dr. David Hammes in 2004, and Dr. Grant Lepley in 2015, brought new talent and expertise to our practice.
In 2009 when we opened our new facility, we changed our name to Family Focus Eye Care to better represent what we do. We continue to attend to our patient’s everyday eye care needs, but with the addition of our urgent care walk-in clinic, are especially there for them when they need us most.
