Welcome to The Palms of Punta Gorda. We have been a leader in providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services in Punta Gorda since 1995. We have 60 new Assisted Living Beds plus 56 Memory Care Beds bringing our total size to 116 Beds. Our 2013 Deficiency AHCA Free Survey Inspection means peace of mind for those residing at our residence.
Privately owned and locally managed, we understand that the decision to find alternative care for your loved one, away from one's home, is a difficult one so we have designed our community and trained our staff to be sensitive to meeting the needs of the individual in a homelike environment. We feature activities designed to enhance memory such as sensory integration, reminiscence, cognitive functioning, socialization and more.
Everything we do is "resident focused" including offering support groups, home cooked meals, games, and plans suited to individual preferences.
We have a number of affordable options available to insure that receiving quality care for your loved one doesn't have to be beyond one's ability to pay.

We are conveniently located in Punta Gorda Isles on Shreve Street just off US 41 and Pompano.
Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Visiting hours are Sunday through Saturday 9:00am to 9:00pm.
