The Whistle Stop Tea Room

The Whistle Stop is a busy lunch time only tea room that specializes in great food and genuine, friendly service! We pride ourselves with the same great flavor each time you visit our restaurant. All of our foods are made with the finest, freshest ingredients and we are pleased to offer you only the very best. From dine in to take out, you can always expect the same quality.

You do not want to miss tasting our famous Chicken Toritilla Soup, dill flavored Chicken Salad, or our Jalapeno Pimento Cheese. Our sandwiches are made on thick sliced homemade white or wheat bread or buttery croissants. You may request your bread be cut thinner, if you wish.

Fresh cut Fruit Salad or our herb flavored Penne Pasta Salad are offered daily as well as 2 soup choices. Remember to ask your server what the Quiche of the day is. We have a variety of salad choices, that can be accompanied by a cup or bowl of soup.

Our dessert case is filled daily with our homemade cakes, pies, and brownies. We offer Chocolate Fudge Cream Pie, Coconut Cream Pie, Italian Creme Cake, Peach Cobbler, Cheese Cake, Pina Colada Cake, Yum-Yum Pie, Triple Layered Chocolate Cake, and Cherry Crunch everyday.

Croissant Bread Pudding, with warm, buttery Rum Sauce, is our #1 dessert, but please come early and reserve your slice, or any of our desserts, the minute you walk in the door!

Also, visit The Whistle Stop Express, located at 104 N. Elm St., right next door to the Tea Room. Pick up your take out order and shop for home decor, lotions, soaps, candles, candies.
