Mark Whaling
Through his investment company, Position & Hold Investments LLC, Mark provides capital, strategic direction, and leadership to Austin Concrete Development in addition to other businesses in the Construction Services, Environmental/Green Building industries. Prior to his 2012 investment in Austin Concrete Development, Mark served as Chief Operating Officer of Greater Austin Development Co., and brings 20+ years of financial and operational experience assembling and motivating teams, raising capital, and executing against business plans for startups, turnarounds and acquisitions in the Financial Services and Heavy Construction industries in Canada and the United States.

About Rich Ponce
As the founder and President of Austin Concrete Solutions Inc. from 1992 to 2011 Rich has collaborated on more than 1,400 residential, commercial and civil concrete projects throughout the state of Texas, and along the way built many long-standing relationships. Rich prides himself on being both a great contractor and a trusted partner to many of the region’s most successful builders, architects, engineers and general contractors.
