Our new online store stocks nearly everything that is available in our retail store in Philadelphia, and it is all ready to ship right to your door.

In 2007, owner Bob Smith opened Kitchenette in the basement retail space below his Formal Wear store, Black Tie on Walnut Street in Philadelphia. The new store became an instant hit in the Midtown Village neighborhood, winning Philadelphia Magazine’s Best of Philly: Best Kitchen Store in 2008. The small space was jam-packed with fun kitchen gadgets, colorful table linens, a large selection of tabletop and bar sets, and a great array of cookware.

In 2012, Kitchenette expanded and moved to its current, larger location at 117 South 12th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107 [Corner of 12th and Sansom Streets]. In 2013, Kitchenette’s sister-store Emilie opened adjacent to Kitchenette at 113 South 12th Street. In 2014, Kitchenette merged with Row Home, offering beautiful gifts for the modern urban home.

At Kitchenette, we share your passion for cooking. We believe that the kitchen is the heart of the home, and our goal is to deliver great products that help enhance your kitchen.
