VB3 is an Italian-American Restaurant, Sports Bar & Lounge that puts a fresh, modern spin on classic Italian family recipes. Located in the heart of Jersey City’s Newport business and residential district, Villa Borghese III is a stylish, well-designed restaurant that also functions as a trendy lounge at night. While the atmosphere at VB3 is undoubtedly fun, we take our food seriously. Award-winning Chef Michael Colletti incorporates seasonal, local ingredients into signature small plates that are somehow both nostalgic and modern. Our lunch and dinner menus consist of unique appetizers, salads, pizzas, pastas and entrees. We serve familiar favorites such as Arancini, ribs and chicken wings, but prepare them with unexpected ingredients and flavors to make them unique. Our custom bar features local craft beers, hand-crafted cocktails and a select wine list.

Whether you are in the mood for a full dining experience with family and friends, are looking for a place to grab cocktails and a bite at the bar, or if you simply want to grab an artisanal pizza to take home, there is something for everyone at VB3. If you are planning an event, our chic 80-seat dining room and 30-seat bar are available for private groups. The restaurant is equipped with 30 large-screen TVs, as well as state-of-the-art audio/video equipment and Wifi for presentations.
