K&A Greenhouse has been family owned and operated since its inception in 1986. In the last 20 years, the business has grown from a single greenhouse into the moderately budding business it is today. All of the annuals and perennials we sell are grown locally, and in most cases without the use of any pesticides/insecticides. Because we do use artificial fertilizers, we are not an organic greenhouse, but we strongly believe in selling plants that are not coated with pesticides/insecticides that may be harmful to: you, your children, your grandchildren, your pets, or any natural wildlife (that includes the squirrel that keeps tampering with your birdfeeder!). Does the quality or our plants suffer because of this… certainly not! We use beneficial insects to stop pests that may bother our plants and instead of controlling the spread of any plant disease we simply remove the infected plants.
