In the late 1940s, owner Phillip DeCarlo opened Italian Fiesta Pizzeria as a true family restaurant with the goal of creating homemade food with fresh ingredients and original family recipes. We continue to carry out this tradition today.
We are well known in the Chicago area for our traditional thin crust pizza. In addition to our pizza, we have many of your favorite pasta dishes, including baked lasagna, spaghetti, and mostaccioli with homemade sauce. We also offer delicious roast beef, meatball, and sausage sandwiches, all made from scratch in our restaurant.
