• Springbrook offers early intervention services including evaluations, physical, occupational, and speech therapy for young children. • We operate the only preschool in Otsego County, NY with an integrated program for both typical and disabled children. • Our educational services extend beyond the preschool to the School at Springbrook—an innovative school that operates two distinct programs. • The GEMS Program is a residential and day school for students with a wide range of developmental disabilities. • The Golisano Program serves children with a primary diagnosis of autism. • Our adult services include 24 residential homes located in Otsego, Chenango, Delaware, and Madison Counties. • We operate 5 community-based day habilitation programs that encourage achieving personal goals while being active in local communities. • In addition, we operate one of New York State’s first, and most successful, Consolidated Supports & Services (serving individuals across six Central New York counties). • We also provide individuals and families with Medicaid Service Coordination and our adult programs extend to in-home support in the form of respite and rehabilitation services provided to both individuals and families.
