(Bill) and (Bob), father and son, founded the Mars Company back in 1924 to service the emerging iron mining and timber industries in Northern Minnesota. Bill and Bob built the company around the philosophy of “finding solutions” and “personal touch”. The same holds true today as the entire Mars team is dedicated to personally making sure we take good care of our customers.
We have grown to five locations, with the recent acquisition of the Walter R. Hammond Co. in Minneapolis, and are ready to serve you with large local inventories, value-added services and experienced employees.
