The Libre Initiative

Founded in 2011, The LIBRE Initiative is a 501(c)4 non-partisan, non-profit grassroots organization that advances the principles and values of economic freedom to empower the Hispanic community so it can thrive and contribute to a more prosperous America.

LIBRE is dedicated to informing the Hispanic community about the benefits of a constitutionally limited government, property rights, rule of law, sound money supply and free enterprise through a variety of community events, research and policy initiatives that protect our economic freedom.

If you are posting photos, videos or other content, please be advised that:

By posting content on the LIBRE Initiative Facebook page, you, the user, grant the LIBRE Initiative, its affiliates, and their licensees a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, copy, distribute, perform, display the content and also to prepare derivative works based upon the content without payment, royalties, or any other compensation.

The LIBRE Initiative will never sell your content and will never license your content for sale by a third party.

Please remember a few simple guidelines when posting on the LIBRE Initiative Facebook page:

1. Please do not post someone else’s image or content without their express permission;

2. Please do not post professional photographs, unless you are the photographer;

3. Please do not post nudity, profanity or use signs or symbols that could be interpreted as profane.

Any content that does not abide by these guidelines will be deleted from the LIBRE Initiative Facebook page. The LIBRE Initiative also reserves the right to delete any content that, regardless of viewpoint, is unrelated to the limited purpose of the LIBRE Initiative Facebook page. Off-topic content includes, but is not limited to, that which is intimidating, harassing, discriminatory, illegal, defamatory, or commercial.

The LIBRE Initiative assumes no liability for any damages or loss of any kind that might arise from the use of, misuse of or the inability to use the LIBRE Initiative Facebook page and/or the materials contained on the page.
