Dr. Mark Goldberg has been the owner of Velda Rose Medical Center since 1989, serving East Mesa for over 20 years. His busy practice is a tribute to the quality medical care and compassion he conveys to his patients.
Dr. Mark Goldberg completed his clinical years of medical school at the University of Maryland hostpitals. After deciding to pursue a career in Family Medicine, he completed a three year Family Practice residency at SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine FP Residency at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, New York.
Dr. Goldberg was honored to serve as chief resident for his final year of residency.
After leaving Residency, Dr. Goldberg became board certified and received an academic appointment at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where he taught family practice residents for two years. During his tenure there, Dr. Goldberg was certified as an instructor of Advanced Cardiac Life Support which he taught for four years.
Dr. Goldberg completed an extensive preceptorship in Laser Dermatology with David Goldberg MD, Cheif of Laser Dermatology at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, New York, NY.
Dr. Goldberg's interest and acumen continue to drive his already large family practice.
He believes in, and employs cutting edge technology in preventing, diagnosing and treating illness.
