As such, we have been designated a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance Physician Practice Connections, the highest recognition for a medical group. What this means to you, our patients, is that when you need us, we are here for you. When you want to speak directly with your doctor, you can. He or she may need to call you back, but they will personally connect with you to discuss your or your family’s care. Also, we welcome your questions, make sure you thoroughly understand your treatment options, and together, decide on the best course of action.
