Our business was established in 1981. Since then it has grown in size, quality and customer options. We offer a retail meat counter, seafood, homemade fresh and smoked sausages, fish smoking, and all types of wild game processing. We also offer numerous choices for cash and carry catering and an unlimited choice of customized options. We cook at our shop or at your party location. We've served small gatherings of 30 people all the way up to 500 including weddings and festivals.
