Dr. Brent F. Lewallen is the founder and sole practitioner treating patients in both offices.
The Goshen office doctor hours are Monday 8:30-12:00, & 2:00-5:00, Wednesday 8:30-12:00, & 2:00-6:00, & Friday 2:00-5:00 The Elkhart office doctor hours are Tuesday 8:30-12:00, & 2:00-6:00, & Thursday 8:30-12:00, & 2:00-5:00
Massage Therapy is currently offered at both locations. There are currently three technicians offering deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation, and hot rock massage therapy by apartment only.
