Hey I'm Vance Elumbaugh ,

As a child, I loved the National
Geographic magazines. What
caught my eye the most were the
amazing photographs that looked soreal, which instilled a desire to learn how they were created. The desire
to create the same type of
photographs led to taking a graphic arts class in high school. Once I
stepped into the darkroom, rolled
film onto a reel and developed my
own film, I was hooked. It was
surreal to watcha blank piece of
paper become an amazing
photograph. That ignited the love I
have for photography still to this dayFrom that point on, everything I did was focused on taking photographs and improving myskills. Vacations inEurope, working with other
photographers from around the
world, and art festivals were all
enjoyed with a camera in my hand.
In 2005, I attended Rocky Mountain of Photography in Montana, where I studied varies facets of film and
digital photography as well as digital manipulation. Afterfinishing my studies, I created
Vande’ Studios and have been in
business now for 9 years. I enjoy
capturing the beauty of life and
helping my clients tell the their story. Life is about building memories and having a way to remember all of
them! I enjoy many areas of photography; Portraits, weddings, events, pet
portraits, landscapes, and
restorations). With that being said
I’m always open to a new challenge.
