Founded in 1786 and incorporated as a city in 1929, Dearborn, Michigan is the eighth largest city in the state, and the second largest city in Wayne County.

More than 98,000 residents call Dearborn “home” and benefit from exceptional City services.

Internationally recognized as the birthplace of Henry Ford, Dearborn is a regional center for employment, healthcare services, higher education, shopping and transportation along with cultural, environmental and visitor attractions.

The Dearborn Administrative Center is at 16901 Michigan Ave., Dearborn, MI 48126. DAC l is open between the hours of 8 to 5 Monday through Friday.

The City of Dearborn is governed by a Mayor and seven-member City Council. Other elected officials include the City Clerk and the 19th District Court's three judges.
