Our History
Game X Change was started in 1992 as the original retail buy, sell, and trade of interactive entertainment software and hardware(video games). Game X Change operates over 20 corporate stores. Additionally there are over 30 franchisee operated stores located throughout the US.

Game X Change is headquartered in Northwest Arkansas, home of the world’s largest retailer Wal-Mart. Part of the ownership team has gained valuable experience by working with a supplier of Wal-Mart, and using that experience in developing retail systems and technological improvements within Game X Change.

Our Technology
Game X Change stores operate within a proven framework of systems supported by training and technology. The backbone of operations is the proprietary point of sale(POS) system ‘Orbit’ developed by one of the managing partners who originally developed similar software for Wal-Mart suppliers. Since the introduction of the latest POS it has greatly improved managers ability to manage inventory and pricing, reduce shrinkage, provide real time data, and manage personnel. The web based system allows owners the ability to successful operate stores at a distance.
