The DCSPCA’s programs and services include: • Animal Rescue and Care • Work closely with potential adopters to find the perfect match between human and animal • Medical Care • On-site low-cost Spay/Neuter Clinic and referrals • County-wide Humane Law Enforcement • Investigate animal cruelty throughout the county, and provide educational programming for children and adults • Dog Control services for the towns of Hyde Park and Pleasant Valley • Education programs for children and families • Training programs for law enforcement professionals • Animal Food Bank for needy families who cannot afford to buy feed for their pets • Animal Behavioral Program and Behavior Helpline: (845) 431-6713 • Pet Lost/Found Services: • Dog and cat socialization and enrichment • Dog temperament evaluation • Foster Care Program • Faithful Companion Pet Cemetery and Crematorium
