Beethoven, Brahms, & More: An evening of Music for Violin & Piano Along with talented students performing Shostakovich’s Quintet and music by Ives and others, Dr. Simon Shiao, Professor of Violin & Conducting, will perform Beethoven’s beloved “Spring Sonata” and Brahms’ “Scherzo” with Michael Mastronicola, celebrating the 20th Anniversary of his Weill Recital Hall debut at Carnegie Hall.
