Community Hospice is available to all who need assistance with the final stages of a person's illness. While our services include professional medical care, Community Hospice also provides numerous therapies, counseling and spiritual guidance for all those who need it.
We collaborate with the patient, family and other healthcare professionals to determine where the patient can be best cared for, whether in their own home, a nursing facility, a hospital, or in our Hospice House.
Our service area includes Tuscarawas, Stark, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Harrison, Holmes and surrounding counties.
