This 17 member team ranges in age from 9 to 17. They have competed in 20 WKF tournaments throughout the US and around the world. This Team has brought home an astounding 233 medals in 2013 with 115 of those being gold!
These junior athletes train at Louisville's International Martial Arts Association (IMA), one of the country's most prestigious karate dojos and a part of the Louisville community since 1991. The dojo is owned and run by Hanshi Cyrus Madani and his wife, Shihan Fariba Madani.
