From the WA farm to your dinner plate, here is the journey of our grass-fed and finished beef from Heritage Meats in Rochester. All of the steak you enjoy at Seven Beef is dry-aged and cut in house by our own butcher. In most cases, by the time you bite into your Côte de Bœuf, Poterhouse, New York, Rib Eye or T-Bone, it's aged for 34+ days. We don't mess around when it comes to good quality beef. Try large and small cuts from the wood fired grill every night for dinner!

Chef Eric Banh and the Saigon Siblings family had a great time at Neighborhood House's Annual Caravale fundraiser. They raised $78,331 in support of programs serving immigrant and refugee communities in King County!
