Wing And Fin Resort is in a great location, just 500 ft. off the paved road, so we are private, yet accessible. We are on a grassy, flat plateau so there are large areas for groups to gather and spend time together. Wing & Fin Resort is an ideal place for family reunions and group vacations. Bull Shoals Lake is the cleanest, quietest freshwater lake in the Midwest. Water sports of all kinds can be enjoyed on the lake. We are located between to marines, Pontiac and Theodosia, so you can rent fishing, pontoon or ski-boats. But if you want to get to the busy area, Branson and Silver Dollar City are just an hour's drive from here. A boat slip on our private, covered, lighted dock is includes with your cabin rental. The dock is about 200 yards from the resort and you can walk or drive to the dock - there is plenty of parking. There is a concrete boat ramp for launching. This is a good place to escape the rat race. It is very quite and peaceful here, and very remote. There are several good restaurants 5 to 20 minutes from resort. There are some beautiful scenic drives through the National Forests and around gorgeous lakes. There are flea markets, antique stores, hiking trails, and horse back riding. You can tour the four historic mills located in Ozark County or float one of the many rivers and streams. And there is a challenging nine hole golf course just 10 minutes from the resort. Our well-maintained cabins are spacious, and fully furnished and have beds for up to six people. Full kitchens are completely equipped with dishes, pots and pans, microwaves, coffee makers and utensils. Cabins have color TV, air-conditioning and screened-in porches. We have a total of 6 cabins so you will have lots of privacy. We have a large concrete swimming pool with a sunny deck and shady tables. On the oak-shaded grounds there is a picnic pavilion, basketball, horseshoes, playground and a large, grassy play area.
