EHM provides the kind of resident- focused services that non-profit owners of housing understand to be an extension of their own goals and mission. EHM provides services to housing primarily for elders with a variety of levels of supportive services and select non-age restricted communities. Our managed communities are funded through private funding, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Connecticut Department of Housing (DOH) and the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA).
