4. Please refrain from SHOUTING. We want to listen, we really do.
5. Protect yourself at all times. Fraudsters are everywhere, so never post details about your insurance policy or claim on Facebook. Mercury and our Authorized Agents will never ask you to share this information publicly on our wall or timeline. If you do have a private insurance matter, we encourage you to call your local agent first or you can contact Mercury’s Customer Service Department at (800) 924-9225. You can, of course, send us a private Facebook message and we’d be happy to respond.
6. Posting a Mercury employee or Authorized Agent’s name on our wall or timeline is prohibited and will be removed (sorry, but their privacy is important, too).
7. Spamming or commercial content is not allowed, even if you’re a Mercury employee or Authorized Agent. Once again, repeat offenders will be blocked from posting.
8. Posting a link to a harmful website is a definite no-no. We’ll take it down and report you to Facebook.
