• Safety-Centered. Our award winning safety program is second to none. We have a FT Safety Director (Ret. State Police) who ensures proper OSHA requirements, efficient and safe use of equipment, and proper methods of task completion. Weekly safety meetings are held weekly with the team for proper adherence, change updates, and discussions. Our Safety Officer also manages our quality control program to ensure proper adherence to your needs and the scope of work.

• Length of Service. On average, the lifespan of a landscaping firm is 15 years. 2013 is our 24th year in business due to our leadership, work quality, relationships, and constant process evaluations for improvements.

You can be assured that all of our team members have been through a rigorous training regimen with our Safety Director, Senior Management, as well as our Account Managers to ensure compliance with VNLA horticulture standards. Out team brings over 400 combined years of knowledge, experience, and customer service to your organization. All team members are put through a meticulous background check.

• Our people. Our team consists of Certified Landscape Professionals, Landscape Architects, Designers, Technicians, Erosion Control Specialists, Virginia Certified Horticulturists, Registered Pesticide & Fertilization Technicians, Commercial Applicators, and Certified Backflow Technicians.

• Peace of Mind. RSG Landscaping & Lawn Care, Inc carries double the standard level of insurance for a company of our size. This is primarily a subset of our dedication to safety, but is a major point of assurance for our clients. We are bonded for single jobs up to 2 million dollars with a Total Bond Capacity of 5 million dollars.

• Breadth of expertise, readiness, and ownership. We don’t use subcontractors. We have experts and certifications in all aspects of outdoors – certified landscape planner (CLP), grounds maintenance, installations, sports fields, design, irrigation, playgrounds, gutters, ponds, and snow removal. We have a mechanic on the grounds over two shifts daily to ensure all equipment is running and effective. We also have a 40 acre nursery on site for ease of installment and replacement for grounds maintenance.

Our size (over 100 employees) allows us to assist customers with locations throughout the state efficiently (Offices in Charleston, WV, Concord, VA, and Roanoke, VA).
