In 1985, Harbison International, Inc., was founded and operated by Mike A. Hamzy, who has over 30 years of experience in design and construction management of residential, public, industrial, commercial and institutional projects. Anne Speake and Mike Hamzy are the principal owners. We are a small business, and are WBE (woman business owned ) certified.

The staff at Harbison International includes registered civil engineers, surveyors, planners, and inspectors who provide a full scope of professional engineering services and expertise.

Our state-of-the-art technology allows Harbison International staff to provide quality projects efficiently and cost effectively. Our goal is to offer the best advice and leadership from every state of a project to it's successful completion.

Civil Engineering; grading and earthwork design, street and highway design, sewer lift station design, water supply and distribution system design, hydrology and drainage study, commercial and residential subdivision, traffic signal design, cost estimate and budget, construction management. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and specifications (SWPPP)

Construction and Staking Services; construction staking, construction control layout, civil site layout, building layout, sewer, water, storm drain layout, construction inspection.

Survey Services; ALTA surveys, topo and boundary surveys, subdivision maps, as-built surveys, lot-line adjustments, tentative and final parcel maps, right-of-way survey and mapping.

Planning Services; site evaluation and design, master, regional and coummunity planning, annexations, land planning, condition use permits, zoning and land use planning, project coordination of sub-consultants, project managment and coordination.
