Giltner, Inc., a division of Progressive Logistics, Inc., was established in November, 1982 as a small trucking company with about 12 trucks. In 1990 the company was purchased by Douglas and Cheri Blevins and by the late 1990’s the company had grown to 150 tractors. In 2003, Giltner refocused their energy from trying to be a large carrier to focusing on quality and reliability. This focus has allowed us to haul extremely time and temperature sensitive produce which has become the cornerstone of our business. This attention to detail extends to anything that Giltner moves and we consistently provide services levels that exceed 98% on-time throughout California, Arizona, the Northwest, Texas and the Midwest. Our growing brokerage division services the entire country through an agency model with several regional offices providing service from California to the East Coast.
